After pretreatment, the product is ready for an Electrostatic powder coating finish. VNS paint shop personnel employ an extenstve knowledge of electrostatic powder coating processes and are fully trained in the respective applications maintaining precision and quality in both manual and automatic processes. Once the powder has been applied, the product is heated to the correct termperature for the required time period.
